Paul is a multi-skilled property specialist with over two decades of experience in property law, estate agency sales and lettings , property development and mortgage finance.

After ten years with two leading law firms, he became the manager of a regional estate agency, and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. After diversifying into development consultancy, he then attained his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance. In 2022 he was awarded the Freedom of the City of London.

Daniel is an outstanding real estate professional with a relentless work ethic and a passion for excellence. As well as Strada Real Estate, he is also a Director of Award-Winning construction company and Strada partner, the OEH Group.

Through Daniel’s expert guidance, we are able to offer a range of new home services including land sourcing, planning and architectural design, commercial/residential conversion and new-build construction.

Anthony is a charismatic salesman who brings fifteen years of real estate experience at negotiator, lister and branch manager level for some of the U.K’s leading agency brands. He has a proven track record of sales in Northampton, Milton Keynes, and London.

Anthony displays effective communication skills, an organised approach to agency, and keen focus on meeting customer needs. These qualities enable him build and maintain client relationships, and retain his status as one of the regions most successful agents.

Mikaela has over a decade of experience at two independent estate agencies. She is competent in sales, as well as lettings and property management, and also has exceptional managerial, marketing and customer service skills.

Mikaela is a friendly, diligent and reassuringly experienced asset to the agency and welcomes every opportunity to help clients and customers in every aspect of their move.

Thomas has worked for two prominent agency brands as well as having many years experience in sales and relationship management within the banking and finance industry.

Born and raised in Pitsford, Thomas now lives in the beautiful village of Walgrave. With a personal understanding of rural living, he has become our resident expert in village sales.

Kerryanne is an accredited property professional, business owner and investor, with a background in direct sales, relationship management and property management.

With a sound knowledge of the local buy-to-let market and lettings trends, Kerryanne is perfectly placed to provide a comprehensive and professional service to our Landlord clients.

Kenny is a FCA regulated Mortgage and Protection Broker with a wealth of experience in financial services. He has worked with most of the high street institutions in a variety of roles, ranging from customer services to card and fraud prevention services. He has also worked in a credit union setting, and gained a vast amount of experience working with people from all walks of life, resolving a range of problems which required intricate solutions.

His passion for problem solving inspired him to attain his mortgage, equity release and financial advisor certifications.

Kenny has embarked on a successful career in financial services, and is delighted to head the mortgage operations at Strada. Kenny will be providing a whole of market service with a wide selection of residential mortgages as well as an equally broad range of products for our buy to let investors, and specialist advice for development and bridging finance.
